Gary's Coming Home

Another surprise for Logan and I. Gary is finally after about 4wks on his way home in about 40 minutes. He finished in Madison, Wi early today and dispatch didn't get him any further instructions for loads. Logan is excited to see him as the last time he was suppose to be home last week it fell through.

Logan did a head dive onto the floor yesterday. Big ole willy lump lump on his head the size of a golf ball. Said he won't be doing that anymore. I warned him several times when he decided to do some impromptu sliding on his cardboard creation. (Now, he knows why I said it....)

Beautiful 61 degrees and sunny today. Was nice not to have to wear a big winter coat to class today. Geese are all coming back to the pond. I finally got the last of the ice out of my pond and buried my big gold mama fish. I see some babies and the mate survived. Hooked up the pump again and threw some food in. I still have to put in the straw to help w/algae but it's too darn cold to stick my hand in there yet.

Got the car washed along with 15 other vehicles. So I decided to do some studying while I waited. Was nice and quiet environment. Most of the snow is gone now so I don't have too many puddles to worry about on the way to school and home.

The only snow left at the house now is on the North side where it stays shaded all day long. Now I can see where the dog buried his piles of dog food in the snow. No wonder the possums were coming into the backyard! He's worse than a squirrel.

Looks like we'll be looking for another GPS for Gary tomorrow as his warranty is still intact and his is just not working up to par right now. Logan just came running down the stairs and said he's hiding from "Tigger", our big fat orange tabby. I'm really sure it is the other way around!! haha.....
